This is for Indoor Track, but they have to run most of the Indoor Meets outdoors, due to the lack of Indoor Facilities….Kind of what we faced with our restroom situations back in our younger days…More available stops outdoors than indoors….This is how many of us learned to run…Time to hit the woods….And there are some that still have to make these type of stops when you are out there running away from home and there is no place else to go….Hit the woods and hope for some friendly leaves….Probably more on this subject than you need to know, but you never really know….Pain is a strange thing and it can hit at any moment….
