WSSU Rams Move Up One Spot In Regional Rankings To #8

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University baseball team moved up one spot to #8 in this week’s Atlantic Region Poll, as the Rams had a 5-1 week to move to 17-9 overall.

The Rams won two of three games over #7 Mercyhurst University, and won three weekend games against conference foe St. Augustine’s University.

WSSU will host Kutztown University, ranked #5 in the Atlantic Region, in a double header on Wednesday night at BB&T Ballpark in Winston-Salem, before traveling to Mars Hill for a three game weekend series.
