On November 8, 2014 the Lady Raider Basketball team will be hosting the 5th Annual Quick Preseason Basketball Jamboree.
The Quick Preseason Jamboree is in honor of Myleka Quick, a former High Point Andrews Lady Raider basketball player. Her dedication to basketball, Andrews and the High Point community has been immeasurable.
Unfortunately, due to a car accident, Myleka suffered a severe injury that interrupted her collegiate basketball career. Proceeds from the Preseason Jamboree will be donated to support her rehabilitation efforts.
Games will be held in Gyms 1 and 2 at High Point Andrews, Smith High School and Trinity High School. Games start at 8:00am and conclude at 7:00pm.
