Friday Night Finish:The Boat remains half full for some and half empty for others and the half empty guys want out…

The boat remains half full for Dudley(5-0) and Page(5-0) and they want to stay in that boat/ship till it reaches shore and at that time the boat/ship would arrive with two Unbeatens on board…

For Western Guilford(0-5) and Northeast Guilford(0-5) they are reaching the point that they want out of this boat but they are not quite ready to jump overboard yet, but they are bailing water as fast as they can, with no wins in sight as they look toward shore…

You know the feeling or have heard about the feeling, you can’t seem to do no wrong and the season is going great and the other way you feel is the can’t get or do anything and the season is beginning to take its wear and tear on you…

Page remains undefeated as the Pirates held off the WS Reagan Raiders 56-50 and now Page has another big battle on their hands as the Pirates travel to Kernersville to meet the East Forsyth Eagles next Friday night…

Dudley wore out Pine Forest and now the Panthers have Richmond County coming into Tarpley Stadium next Friday evening….That should be the team that provides Dudley’s top test of the season….

Both Page and Dudley face stiff opposition in their next contests and this could be the night one of our Guilford County teams falls out of the boat and is forced to swim ashore…

Next Friday night is going to be at least very comparable to Mid-Term Exam Week and we ought to know which teams will at the head of the class by the end of the night on September 25…Who will still be alive on September 25…Dudley and Page, Page and Dudley??? Dudley?? Page?
Do we see Western Guilford or Northeast Guilford hitting the win column on September 25….NEG will not win next Friday…The Rams are off next week and not sure about Western Guilford and their September 25 plans…

Also next Friday you will have the chance to see High Point Central vs. High Point Andrews at Simeon Stadium in High Point and Northern Guilford is due to be hosting Western Alamance and all of those are key games for all of those teams involved….

Tonight we got to see Kenyon Taylor go wild for Southern Guilford and #21 was very big for the Storm in their 21-17 victory over the Ragsdale Tigers….Taylor is without a doubt, one of the top players in Guilford Couinty….Jarious Drayton put on a show for the Tigers of Ragsdale and he along with Bryce Craig, they kept Ragsdale in the game….Southern Guilford was playing strong tonight in Jamestown and SG is now a top contender for the Mid-Piedmont 3-a Title…Garret Blackburn up front with Garrett Venable, Romello Herbin and Nigel Thomas were large for the Southern Guilford Storm defense….Friends, Southern Guilford is ready and they may primed for another deep playoff run in 2015…..Ragsdale did some good things and again, Drayton and Craig are top-notch talents and Kenyon Taylor? The kid is for real….Amon Harris and RayShawn Knight with solid games too for SG…

Hearing tough nights for Grimsley, High Point Central, Western Guilford, Northeast Guilford, not sure about High Point Andrews and do know that Eastern Guilford is now at (3-1) after the Wildcats win over Northeast Guilford….

A Guilford County rundown and more to follow later on….Biggest win of the night??? Have to say Page at WS Reagan, but that was a big win by Southern Guilford at Ragsdale too…

More about these games on the way….

  1. How does a head coach receive a DWI charge but remain employed? Second, Richmond played a cupcake Friday.

Will Jones, Ronald Polite, James Eliis 3, Javon Leake, and others played extremely well. For Javon Leake to play at 70%, I can imagine what he does at 100%. I see Page beating East Forsyth despite giving up 22 points in the fourth quarter. The Ghost appeared last night.

    October 30th…
