Riley LaRue, who turned 19 on Jan. 31, died Saturday morning on a road outside Mechanicsville, Va., near Richmond. According to a report from the Virginia Department of Administrative Offices, LaRue was driving a 2007 Jeep Wrangler north on Cold Harbor Road when the Jeep ran off the right side of the road, struck a tree and ejected LaRue from the vehicle.
