CJ Freeman is a highlight reel. He is an electrifying running back for Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). There is no doubt that CJ will play football at the next level.
Here are some stats on CJ Freeman:
#15 ranked player in the state of North Carolina
#4 ranked running back in the state of North Carolina
#31 ranked running back in the entire country

The question is: Where will CJ play collegiately?
CJ had committed to play at the University of South Carolina. He was pumped about playing for one of the greatest coaches in college football history, Steve Spurrier. Then, Spurrier shocked the entire college football world this year. Coach Spurrier announced that he was stepping down as the coach of the South Carolina Gamecocks.
This was a surprise for CJ for sure. After this, CJ decided to open up his options again. He wanted to see if any other college would fit well with him. There were many colleges that wanted CJ to play football for them badly. CJ had to try to slim down the options of where to play college football. After visits to several colleges, CJ had decided the last few schools that were in the running for his admission to their universities.
Last night, CJ said that “I will be announcing my decision Tuesday December 15 at Uptown Charlie’s on North Church Street at 7:30 ! ! ! #SC #UofL #Wisconsin #GS

This means that this coming Tuesday, CJ will announce whether he plays college football at the University of South Carolina, the University of Louisville, the University of Wisconsin, or Georgia Southern University.
Also, CJ met the new South Carolina coach Will Muschamp and his new coaching staff yesterday.
CJ said: Great finally seeing some of the new staff at SC today thanks for stopping by coaches! #WeCocky #Gamecocks

Also, CJ was surprised by Wisconsin coach Chyrst stopping by the Triad yesterday to talk to CJ.
CJ said: S/O to the Headman himself Coach Chryst for coming to see me this morning! #OnWisconsin #Badgers

This is a huge decision for CJ. This is also a big decision for the colleges that are in the running of having CJ to come play football for them.
CJ will get right to work though. He will be a January enrollee at whichever school that he chooses Tuesday night.
