ELON, N.C. – Due to heavy rainfall scheduled in the region this week, the Elon University softball team’s midweek road contest at Campbell on Wednesday, Feb. 24, has been rescheduled for March 22, at 4:30 p.m. in Buies Creek, N.C.
The Phoenix will focus its attention to its first home tournament of the season, the Elon Phoenix Classic, this weekend, Feb. 27-28. Elon welcomes North Carolina A&T and Fairleigh Dickinson to Hunt Softball Park as the Phoenix faces the Aggies in its first game of the tournament on Saturday, Feb. 27, at 12:45 p.m.
