Alan Stein is a world-renown Nike-sponsored strength and conditioning coach who has worked with the likes of Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Lebron James, and Kobe Bryant. Alan has conducted hundreds of his “Cutting Edge” Clinics throughout the WORLD, and he is coming to Greensboro!
These clinics are innovative 3-hour, on-court workouts that address warm-up, movement preparation, mobility, core strength, explosiveness, quickness, agility and reaction. During the clinics, Alan shares a myriad of innovative drills, exercises and concepts on:

Strengthening the feet and why that is the key to unlocking explosiveness
How athleticism is the foundation of every player’s game
4 key ways to decrease the occurrence and severity of ACL injuries
How to improve efficiency in the 6 primary movements of basketball
Alan will also provide numerous life lessons such as:

A player builds their athleticism they same way they would build a house… brick by brick
Why life and basketball is like a game of musical chairs
How working out is similar to making deposits in a bank account
Success is achievable if you work hard, work smart and work consistently
Sample Itinerary
5 minutes – PSB provides general introduction
10 minutes – Alan Stein lays the foundation for a game changing experience
15 minutes – Series of barefoot ankle/foot exercises
30 minutes – Series of warm-up drills
15 minutes – Series of mobility exercises
15 minutes – Series of on-court strength exercises
5 minutes – Halftime break
10 minutes – Series of plyometric drills
30 minutes – Series of acceleration/deceleration drills
30 minutes – Series of quickness/reaction drills
15 minutes – Group picture, give-a-ways, closing remarks by Alan Stein and the host
