Rockingham County falls 12-1 at the hands of Northern Guilford Nighthawks Varsity

Northern Guilford Nighthawks Varsity beat Rockingham County on Tuesday 12-1 at Away in seven innings.

Northern Guilford Nighthawks Varsity matched its two-run fifth inning with two more in the seventh. In the fifth, Northern Guilford Nighthawks Varsity scored on a two-run single by Grace Wesoly, plating Morgan MacEldowney and Julie Vincent.

The inning got off to a hot start when Ashton Lambeth singled, plating Erin Campbell. That was followed up by Martinez’s single, bringing home MacEldowney.
