ELON, N.C. – The Elon University softball team made an adjustment on its schedule beginning tomorrow, March 17, as the Phoenix will travel to Greensboro, N.C., to compete at the UNCG Blue and Gold Challenge on March 17-18.
The Phoenix will face Northern Illinois in its first game of the tournament on Thursday, March 17, at 7 p.m. Elon then closes out the tournament with a matchup versus George Washington at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 18.
Elon was originally scheduled to host Lafayette in a three-game slate this weekend, March 19-20, before a scheduling conflict forced the cancellation of that series.
