NCHSAA Round Four High School Baseball Today:

4-A’s:
#15 Matthews Butler(22-6) at #3 North Davidson(25-1) 6pm

3-A’s:
#4 Ledford(23-5) at #1 Crest(24-2)

2-A’s:
#4 Monroe Parkwood(22-7) at #1 Randleman(25-3) 7pm

1-A’s:
#3 South Stanly(22-6) at #2 Walkertown(23-3) 5:30pm

NCISAA 2-A Championship Series has been moved to Monday at Westchester Country Day School
(Could be three games in One Day)
#3 Northside Christian Academy (19-5) at #1 Westchester Country Day School (22-5)

Best of three-game Championship series: Game #1, Monday, May 23: 11:00AM
Game #2 – thirty minutes after Game 1
Game #3 (If necessary) – thirty minutes after Game #2

Monday, May 23 at Westchester Country Day School in High Point/Welcome, NC…Location of High Point coming in from NCISAA site….

HPC…..Not a bad ranking, but I think I would have Northern ahead of Southeast, since NG lasted longer in the playoffs than SEG did, but we will need to dig deeper into this and hit it harder at the first of the week…Wonder what others are saying/thinking on this one??? I might have SG ahead of EG too, since SG beat EG at the Easter Tournament, but hey we really do need to look closer at this end-of-the-season Top Ten Polling…

  2. Andy,
    SE beat NG twice, won the farm bureau and were regular season conference champs. No doubt NG played in a tougher conference, just don’t see how winning one more game in the 3a playoffs justifies them being ahead of SE. For EG and SG, it came down to EG playing in the tougher conference and passing my eye test. Think EG would take em in a 3 game series. Looking forward to next year with all the young talent we have in Greensboro. As always, thank you for all you do, I know I can be a pain but I like to challenge your readers! Now let’s talk some football!!
