Kernersville Bulldogs gain split with Fuquay-Varina Twins with Kory Shumate and Randy Norris helping earn win in Game Two

The Kernersville Bulldogs Split Carolina Virginia League games Sunday losing 7-5 in game one to the Fuquay Varina Twins then winning a 1-0 gem in game two.

Harrison Hollis walked advance to third on a single by Kory Shumate and scored on a hit by Randy Norris for the only run in game two. Kernersville Pitchers Dillon Hardy, Zach Greene and Jake Mayhew combined to limit the Twins to four hits on the night.

In Game one Dawnoven Smith paced the Bulldogs with a couple walks and a hit and two runs scored.

Kernersville will Play Tuesday night at 7PM at Glenn against league foe Deep River Muddogs.
