Checking in at the Smith Golden Eagles Football Practice on Tuesday afternoon/evening

The Grasshoppers got rained out tonight so we had time to stop by the Smith Golden Eagles football practice over off of Holden Road and you could almost see the ghosts of Smith football past out there when you had names like Wayne Butler, Don Tilley, Joe Bostic, Vince Evans, Jeff Bostic, Tim Gillespie, Anthony Flack, Eric Ebron, Charles Wright, Mike Porter, Curtis Johnson, Ronnie Hammond, Brandon Wiggins and many more and Coach Wiggins is there now at Ben L. Smith and he has taken over as the coach at his alma mater and we had the Five Questions for the coach this afternoon…

Northwest Guilford, you have to win the first game of the season, no matter who you are facing/playing….You have to get that first game under your belt, as a “W”…

Senior QB Rohan Goldston, he has to be “The Man”…..

Time to hit the field and find the correct spots and positions…
