Game Report on Northwest Guilford-Ragsdale Boys Basketball

NORTHWEST GUILFORD 74, RAGSDALE 49
GAME NOTES:
–Northwest Guilford was able to put together a complete game after the first few minutes of their contest versus the Ragsdale Tigers and ended up with a 74-49 conference win. The Tigers led 10–7 almost halfway through the 1st quarter and then the Vikings held their opponent scoreless until the 5:54 mark of the 2nd quarter with a 14-0 spurt to take control of the game. Northwest finished that same quarter by outscoring the Tigers by 13, which culminated in a 38–20 halftime lead.
–Northwest was led by the career high 17 points from Senior, Jacob Davis to go along with his 5 rebounds and 2 blocks. Thomas Hennigan stuffed the stat sheet with 12 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals. The Vikings’ Reggie Davis added a solid 11 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists while Matt Rakes finished with 11 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists. Jalen Spicer contributed 10 points, 7 assists, and 3 steals.
–Brycen Thomas led Ragsdale with 13 points.
