Kernersville won a Carolina Virginia League game 4-3 over the Catawba Valley Stars behind the pitching of Mathew Hailey(East Forsyth) and Will Hicks(GTCC).
Ryan Caveness with a 2-4 night and Jeff Somuk a 1-2 night with each recording an RBI paced the Bulldog offense.
The Bulldogs improve to 17-2 on the season and have exhibition games upcoming with the Race City Bootleggers on Thursday at 7PM at Glenn High School and at the Thomasville Hi -Toms of CPL Saturday at Finch Field in Thomasville.
