Kernersville swept a doubleheader 6-2 and 6-5 in Carolina Virginia League action at Glenn.
Colin Lipke(GTCC) continues to swing a hot bat drove in a key early run in Game one and Dylan Wilkinson(HPC) drove in two in the 6-2 win.
In game two Lipke would again drive in another key run as the Bulldogs rallied from a 3-0 deficit. Ryan Caveness(GTCC), Michael Garvey(GTCC) and Tyler Price(GTCC) also had key rbis in the rally. Seth Hardin(Providence Grove) picked up the win and Mathew Hailey(East Forsyth) got the save.
Kernersville plays in Salem, Va on Saturday Night and return home for a doubleheader Sunday night game times are 5PM and 7:30.
