ELON, N.C. – The Elon University softball team saw another alteration to its opening weekend schedule as the Phoenix’s doubleheader versus North Carolina Central, originally slated for Sunday, Feb. 11, was moved to Saturday, Feb. 10 due to the threat of inclement weather. The opening game is still scheduled for a 1 p.m. first pitch on Saturday.
Elon adjusted its Opening Day doubleheader versus Charlotte from Saturday, Feb. 10, to tomorrow, Feb. 9, with a 3 p.m. start. That game was originally moved from Saturday also due to inclement weather.
