Murphy & Wainer Orthopedics will hold its annual team physical day for Page High School’s current or future student-athletes on Thursday May 10th starting at 4 pm. Cost is $10.
There will be a bus provided to drop off high school student-athletes, but your ride home must pick you up at Dr. Murphy & Wainer’s office after your physical is completed.
The bus will leave from the activity bus lot (located behind the Kirby Stadium Visitor concession stands) at 4:05 PM. Students must have the front page of the physical completed and signed by a parent before arriving at Dr. Murphy & Wainer.
Medical forms are available in the front office, from Athletic Trainer, Lindsey Braddock or on the main Page High School website.
