39th Annual Wrangler McDonald’s Memorial Day Tournament

NC Fusion Greensboro United (Formerly Greensboro United Soccer Association) will be hosting the 39th annual Wrangler McDonald’s Memorial Day Soccer Tournament May 26th-27th.
This year’s event will host 256 teams from 57 youth soccer clubs. North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, Georgia and Virginia will be represented in the two-day tournament. Over 4,000 players, coaches and referees will participate in the event.
The BB&T Soccer Complex at Bryan Park will serve as tournament headquarters and main game site. Other sites being used are the Smith Soccer Complex, Jaycee Park and Ivey Redmon Sports Complex in Kernersville. This will be the first local event to use all 21 fields at Bryan Park, which was expanded by 5 fields in 2016-2017.
The event is expected to bring in $3.5 million in economic impact to Greensboro and its surrounding areas.
