Former Greensboro College assistant basketball coach and Guilford College basketball player named Intern Coach for the Carolina Panthers football team:She’s living out a “King-Sized Dream”

She grew up as an up-and-coming athlete out of Reidsville, N.C., and she is taking her experience as a football player, in a women’s football league to the Carolina Panthers practice field, where Jenifer King serves as a Carolina Panthers football coaching intern….She is working with the wide receivers and she hopes to one day become a football offensive coordinator…..King used to look through the fence, watching the Carolina Panthers practicing football, knowing she may never get on the field to have a chance to coach an NFL football team, and when she was trying to get in and get on the field, she kept hearing NO, NO, NO, but then Ron Rivera and the Carolina Panthers said, YES, YES, YES….

She has her chance/opportunity and now Jenifer King, from Reidsville, N.C., Guilford College, Greensboro College and Johnson and Wales University, is coaching the Carolina Panthers, on the practice fields near Bank of America Stadium, in Charlotte….

She did it, she is there and you have to give her credit for that….Talk about ‘Living the Dream’….Jenifer King, is living a “King-Sized Dream”…..
