Cleveland(12-2) at Southeast Guilford(13-1)
Cleveland vs. Southeast Guilford game can be heard on GreensboroSports Radio tonight with pregame around 6:45 and the kickoff is due at 7:30pm….Don Tilley on the broadcast with us tonight and we will have a pregame report from Kris Walser, from GreensboroSports Radio 2 and Kris will also give us his halftime breakdown of the game and his post-game analysis…GreensboroSports Radio tonight on our Murphy Wainer Orthopedic Specialists Game of the Week, from the Bill Slayton Stadium at Southeast Guilford High School…This game will bear down on the two QB’s, as most games do, and with SEG it will be the senior Ryan Douglas, while Cleveland counters with junior QB Darius Ocean…Both are highly capable, but you have to hope that the SEG defense led by Chad Stephens, Brett Shreve, Braxton King, Owen Smith, Marquez Mansfield, Johnny King, Kyree Burns, Jalen Stockham and others will be jumping those gaps and causing constant confusion and creating disruption all night long for the Cleveland Rams’ offense…That is one of the big keys, the SEG ‘D’ must disrupt that Cleveland offense and never let the Rams find their rhythm, for if the Rams find their rhythm and get in a groove, that might make for like trouble within the “Oaks of Forest”…The SEG ‘D’ can get the job done, they just have to find their own rhythm and get their groove on like they did last week vs. Dudley….In the second half vs. Dudley, the Dudley Panthers’ QB Tawahn Young had no time to throw and he had no place to run….Young man can get old quick like that…..SEG must turn up that defensive pressure again, for that is what has gotten them where they are tonight, and the offense from SEG must get up and rolling early in the game and not wait until the second half to start scoring…The defense has carried the team for the past two weeks and kept them in the games, tonight the offense must put on the jet-packs, and get on the board in the first 24 minutes of the contest(Offensive Line get together and start talking, time to get that ball movin’)…..Wait until the second half to start scoring and it may be too late, tonight…We will see you there and that is right there where we have been over the past month and looking forward to Round Four this evening….This is for the 3-AA East Regional Championship and with the team SEG has this season, it is their time to take it…….Don’t forget the game tonight on GreensboroSports Radio…
