ELON, N.C. – Announced Tuesday, Jan. 15, Elon University women’s lacrosse will take on two of the nation’s best on Lax Sports Network this season as part of the network’s 2019 CAA “Game of the Week” schedule.
First, the Phoenix will battle Towson on Friday, April 12, at 7 p.m. on LSN before taking on defending national champion James Madison on Friday, April 19, at 5 p.m. on the network.
After the regular season, LSN will also carry both CAA Semifinals and the CAA Title game from Harrisonburg, Va.
Elon’s 2019 season gets started Saturday, Feb. 9, with a road trip to Campbell. Opening draw is set for 1 p.m. In all, Elon will host nine home games throughout the campaign with some of the nation’s best visiting in Virginia, Duke, Florida and North Carolina while also welcoming Winthrop, Drexel, Hofstra, Delaware and Coastal Carolina.
