Southern Guilford OFF

********************Was thinking back this morning to some of those Page-Northwest Guilford boys matchups from over the past several years, and just how much talent these two teams had….NWG at one time with this five of Jaylen Gore(Guilford College), Jalen Spicer(Fayetteville State University), Reggie Davis(Lynchburg University), Tre Turner(Virginia Tech football), Thomas Hennigan(Appalachian State football) and for a sixth man or sometimes starter, David Funderburg(in the ODAC and might be Emory and Henry)….But think back to that group and just how much talent you had, when put that collective group on the basketball court together, at any given time…

Page with names like Jordan Weethe and I had not thought about that name in years until this morning…Played at Page and later on at HPCA…You had Mitchell Oates, who was at Page and later at HPCA, Christian McCain, who was at Page at later on at Northern Guilford…There was James Summers, Jaylen Gavin, Anthony Eaves, Ty Graves, Xavier Hill Mayes, Jeremy Harris, Jalen Seegars, who went later on to HPCA….Man, that was a boatload of talent and there were others too…..Plenty of names from the past, and you thought they were all gone, but we have them back here together today…..********************
