High Point-Thomasville HiToms Release Exciting 2021 Schedule

High Point/Thomasville, NC – Summer is almost here and the HiToms are continuing their prep for another successful season at Finch Field. Today, the HiToms are announcing the complete 2021 schedule, filled with 34 thrilling matchups across May, June, and July.

In the first of nine Friday night home games, the HiToms get started on Friday, May 28th with a matchup against the Catawba Valley Stars. Opening night will be a special occasion in 2021, as the HiToms are teaming up with the community for a unique doubleheader. The HiToms will follow a Thomasville/East Davidson battle in 2A High School baseball. Opening night is just one of many special events at Finch Field this season.

Every Friday home game will be Lidl Farm 2 Field Night, when the grounds of Finch Field will double as a farmers’ market, as we highlight the best produce that the Piedmont Triad has to offer. Other promotions include Disco Night, Bark in the Park presented by Northwood Animal Hospital, and Thirsty Thursdays.

Fresh off of a 2020 Coastal Plain League Mid-Atlantic Division championship, the HiToms look to repeat with 22 CPL home games amongst their home slate. Highlights of the Coastal Plain League games are the Deep River Series with the Asheboro Copperheads. Winner of the season series between the two teams collects the Deep River trophy. In 2019, The HiToms won the tightly contested Deep River Series crown, 9-7.

“Finch Field will be hopping this summer as the HiToms continue their 84-year Triad summer legacy,” HiToms President Greg Suire said. “We’re excited to welcome back a number of great players from last year’s championship squad and moreover Finch Field’s greatest home field advantage, our fans.”

It has never been a better time to be a HiToms fan, with deals and flexible scheduling in play for 2021. Finch Field will be home to eight Shuler Meat $1 Nights, when you can get select concessions, such as hot dogs and soft drinks for just one dollar! There are also eight Sunday afternoon games with 5pm starts to maximize your fun on the long summer weekends.
