Congrats to “Die-Hard” Evan Edwards for being named the High-A East League Baseball Player of the Week…Evan Edwards, who played for Coach Jeff Carter at Southern Guilford High School, he played for Coach Elliot Avent at N.C. State, and now he plays as the first baseman for the Bowling Green Hot Rods…Good to see our locals doing well, at all levels, and in all sports….
