Candice Williams hit 2 free throws with 2.4 seconds left to give the Pirates the one point win on the road at Southeast. Southeast had taken a one point lead with 6.6 seconds to play on a Sydney Roberts 3 point play before Williams made her free throws.

Williams paced Page with 20 points while Kennedy Leggett and Riley Brown scored 8 apiece as the Pirates improved to 7-6 and 4-2 in conference play.

Sydney Roberts had 26 points and Dominique Walker scored 15 for Southeast as they dropped to 9-4 and 2-3 in conference.

The Pirates are scheduled to play Greensboro Day at 11:00 AM on Monday and Southeast plays Lexington on Monday at 6:00. Both games are at Southeast and are part of the MLK Day Invitational.
