On Friday evening, 11FEB22, Caldwell Academy Inducted the following individuals into there
SPORTS HALL OF FAME
David Helton:: 7-year athletics department volunteer,, voice of the EAGLE and public address announcer,
dedicated member of Eagle Club Leadership team.
Mack Wright;; Cherished member of Caldwell facilities team,, timelessly worked on athletics venues, beloved for his
BIG SMILE, kind words and unwavering support of Caldwell students. Called home in JUNE 2020.
Cassie Thompson;; c/o 2017, five-year starter for the volleyball team, team won 122 matches during that time , two state
runner-up finishes and won the 2015 state championship, was a four time All-Conference selection and
earned NCISAA All-State honors her senior year,, member of the swim team that won four conference
titles & won state championship 2013.
Spencer Peterman;; c/o 2012, four-year standout in soccer, helped lead Eagles to 68 wins, two conference titles, two
final four appearances and an NCISAA State Runner up finish in 2010, earned All-Conference,
All-State & All-Region honors.
Amanda Jenkins:: c/o2017,, two-time winner Eagle of the Year award as top student athlete,, three sport standout in
volleyball, swimming & track,, earned All-Conference and All-State in both volleyball & track .
