Post 87 HiToms Hosting State American Legion Tourney

High Point/Thomasville – For the second straight year, the HiToms organization is slated to host the North Carolina Junior Legion Tournament. This will be the fourth year since 2018 that the HiToms will host a State American Legion Tournament.

Some of the best talent within the Tar Heel State will descend upon the High Point-Thomasville area to compete this weekend for the tournament championship. Eight teams will compete in two pools titled the “Stars Pool” and the “Stripes Pool”.

Pool play games will be competed on Thursday, July 21 through Saturday, July 23 at Finch Field and Truist Point. On Sunday, the top 2 teams from each pool will compete in the semifinals at Finch Field with the championship also scheduled to be played at Historic Finch Field at 2pm on Monday.

Both semifinals matchups as well as the championship will be televised by HiTomTV by using this link: hitomtv.vewbie.com.
The Opening Ceremony for the tournament will take place on Friday, July 22nd at Finch Field at 6pm ahead of the HiToms and Forest City Owls Coastal Plain League game at 6:30. Fireworks will conclude the evening.
