The NC Fusion Recreation Program promotes the growth of lacrosse in the triad area by offering quality instruction to players with little lacrosse experience or who have participated in our Futures program.
The NC Fusion Lacrosse staff hopes that each player participating in the program experiences the following:
1)The continued development of the fundamental basis of each player’s stick skills consists of cradling, passing, catching, and ground balls.
2)To learn in the proper way the physical element of lacrosse
3)To greatly grow each player’s passion for the game through the utilization of small-sided games.
Program Details:
Intermediate Level Program
Boys and Girls in the 3rd – 8th grades
6 weekly sessions – 4 practices, 75 minutes each & 2 game days
Training Format = 30 minutes technical training + 45 minute game situations
Game Format = 3v3/4v4/5v5 Small Sided Games
Coach = NCF Lax Staff + Volunteer Coaching Support
Boys Equipment needed = Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, athletic cup, stick, athletic attire, cleats and mouth piece recommended
Girls Equipment needed = Stick, goggles and mouthpiece
Fall and Spring seasons offered
Program fees are $125 for fall, $150 for spring season, pinnie included

NC Fusion Recreation Lax is offered at varying NCF locations across the Triad. Designed with player development in mind, the recreation program is a practice + game environment where players will learn the ins and outs of the game with our NCF Club Staff AND get to play in small-sided games! Local. Affordable. FUN!
