MLB fans throughout North America apparently aren’t going to let the summer days come to an end without continuing to generate headlines for what ultimately may prove to be costly reasons that have nothing to do with on-the-field action.

As noted by TMZ Sports, two individuals were reportedly booted from Monday’s game between the Chicago Cubs and Toronto Blue Jays after they were accused of engaging in a sex act in an upper-deck portion of Toronto’s Rogers Centre.

An outlet known as Blog TO claims that multiple not-safe-for-work clips are circulating online showing the fans in the middle of the act and the couple being escorted from that portion of the venue and presumably from the stadium by security and law enforcement. Both TMZ and Blog TO reached out to the Toronto Police Service, and officials said as of Tuesday afternoon they “had no information” regarding the matter at that time.

The Blue Jays defeated the Cubs 5-4 in 11 innings on Monday.

It was less than two full weeks ago when the Oakland Police Department confirmed it was investigating allegations that a couple engaged in a sex act in the stands during a matchup between the Oakland Athletics and Seattle Mariners. Per reports, that couple could receive up to six months in jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000 if they’re charged.
