GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women’s basketball (8-9, 0-2 SoCon) finishes a two-game homestand hosting Southern Conference foe Wofford (11-5, 1-1 SoCon) on Saturday with a start time of 4 p.m. in Fleming Gym.

The Spartans beat the Paladins 60-49 in Fleming Gym on Thursday.
UNCG outscored Furman in three out of four quarters.
UNCG had 18 points off the bench compared to Furman’s five.
Akira Wiggins led the game with 18 points and five assists.
Faith Price was the only other Spartan with double figures. She had 16 points, as well as, two blocks for a team high.
Wiggins, Khalis Cain, Isys Grady, and Nitzan Amar all had two steals for the Spartans.
Cain had a game-high 10 rebounds.
The Spartans had 20 points off turnovers to the Paladins’ nine.
