UNCG Baseball Releases 2023 Schedule

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) baseball team and head coach Billy Godwin announce a full slate of games for the 2023 season.

UNCG, the reigning 2022 Southern Conference (SoCon) Tournament Champions, will play a variety of teams this season including from seven different conferences. The Spartans will host Notre Dame and Wake Forest this year, where the Fighting Irish made it to the College World Series and the Demon Deacons appeared in their 14th NCAA Tournament.

“We again have put together an outstanding schedule that will test our players on a national and regional level,” stated coach Godwin. “Our goal is to play the best non-conference teams possible that will prepare us for competing and winning a Southern Conference Championship.”
