Caldwell Alumni, Hannah Hulsman (’19), Lindsey MacDiarmid (’21) play for Berry College Beach Volleyball team. This
past weekend Berry played for the NCAA D III Small College Beach Volleyball Championship at Hickory Point Beach,
Tavares, FL. . Each team plays in dual pool play, a total of 5 individual matches,, need to win 3 matches and the first team
that does the other matches in progress ends to keep the tournament moving. Hannah played on the #2 team in all her matches
during the tournament.
Berry won their first match against East Texas Baptist 3–0 .( qualified for Championship on Sunday) Hannah won her match 2–0..
Berry lost the next match 1–3 against Hendrix College. Hannah was leading but DNF as Berry had lost the match before she finished.
Berry won the opening match on Championship Sunday against Huntingdon 3–0.. Hannahs match was 1-1 & DNF.
In the championship match against Hendrix College they lost 3–2. All 5 matches went 2–1, with Hannah winning hers 2–1.
