Have seen the gas at $3.16 a gallon recently at the Speedway gas store, out there on East Wendover Avenue…That seems to be the best going price in Greensboro these days, the $3.16 per gallon at the pump…Circle K may have a few deals where if you pay at the pump, you can dump in several gallons of gas, at $3.10 per gallon…
Battleground Avenue has been running their prices lately at around $3.29 per gallon, and Battleground got stuck on the $3.69/$3.59 range last week, and it took them a while to come down, but they finally did…The Exxon on Battleground at Lawndale was stuck at $3.69 per gallon for about two weeks, and then he finally came down to around $3.20 per gallon last week, and he may have already gone back up some again, he likes to lower the prices for the weekend, and then shoot them back up, for Monday-Friday…
But, overall, the best prices coming in lately have been spotted over in High Point, on Main Street…There is a Mobile station that was running gas at $3.12 a gallon this week, and better than that was a Circle K, with their gas priced all the way down to $3.01 per gallon…
That is your Gold Mine, the place with gas at $3.01 per gallon…Fill-er-up when you drive over that way next time, and you will have to enjoy the extra miles it takes to get there, and reap the benefits, when you strike gold, and hit the lower prices at the pumps…
You can run each for exercise, but if you are going to go for the long ride, you will have to get in your car, and “give ‘er the gas”…..

Purchased gas for $3.05 a gallon today in Greensboro, at the Citgo, on the corner of English Street and East Wendover Avenue….Cheapest gas I have seen in Greensboro this week…Across the street, at the Speedway station, the gas was going for $3.39 per gallon….
