The Greensboro Grasshoppers made it five straight wins on Friday night, as they took down the Wilmington Blue Rocks for the fourth time this week, and when you kick in their win over the WS Dash, back on Sunday afternoon, the Hoppers have won five in a-row…Friday it was Tsung-Che Cheng(Chang) with the Big Bang, as he blasted a two-run home run out of the stadium to right field, scoring both Cheng and Tres Gonzalez, then Jase Bowen got it going with his two-run dinger that left the yard in the third inning, with Bowen also going long to right field…Bowen and Cheng both scored on Bowen’s shot…
It was Cheng going LONG in the first inning, and then Bowen going LONG in the third, and that set the table for the Will Matthiessen Magic, as Will sent the ball out past the center field hill in sixth inning…All-in-all, it was another big night for the long ball, with Cheng, Bowen, and Matthiessen all going LONG….
