Stopped by over at Page HS tonight for a look at some of the girls Summer League Basketball…Saw the Page Pirates taking on the Southern Guilford Storm…Page led by Coach Ed Johnson, and SG led by coach Scott Tyson…Eastern Guilford was also there led by coach Samiyah Harvey, and assistant coach Kevin Graves…Eastern Guilford was taking on Magna Vista, Virginia…
Also ran into former Page Pirate Reagan Maynard who was running the clock for the girls games, and she is currently rehabbing, after knee surgery back during last season at Bridgewater College…Her brother Parker Maynard is on the way to Washington and Lee to play football this Fall…Assisting coach Ed Johnson with his coaching was Jillian Heard, also a former Page Pirate girls basketball player…
Summer League basketball going on the rest of this week at Page HS, and the Boys Summer League will have a tournament going on, over at Smith High School this week….
