UNCG Men’s Soccer Adds 10 to 2023 Roster

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men’s soccer team will welcome 10 additions to the 2023 roster.

In late January, Head Coach Chris Rich announced the signing of three transfers to the roster, bringing the total to 13 new Spartans on the 2023 roster.

“We’re excited to welcome 10 more members to the UNCG family after adding Donovan, Max, and Nabil in January,” stated Coach Rich.

“This group is extremely diverse representing four different countries. It’s a great blend of true freshmen, in-state players, domestic transfers, and international players. They all are talented, fit our game model, and embody the character and qualities that we look for in a student-athlete here at UNCG.

“This is a large class, so it will be very important for our staff and leaders to integrate them into the group from the beginning. This will be a challenge, but something I believe we are ready for.

“Also, a huge shout out to the staff – Jonathan Lagos, Isaac Lindahl, Peter Merritt, and Steven James – as they worked incredibly hard to help put together this class.”
