HOW IT HAPPENED

With no outs and the bases loaded, Caleb Cozart grounded into a double play forcing Zachary Walsh home to cut the deficit to one (2-1).

The Spartans added another run in the fifth inning after Jake Ogden singled through the right side, sending Jeremy Wolf home to tie the game at two runs apiece.

UNCG put up a staggering four runs in the bottom of the sixth. With bases loaded with walks from Brantley Truitt, Walsh and Wolf, Cozart stepped up to bat sending a homer to right center on a 2-0 pitch count for four RBI (6-2).
