The Bishop McGuinness Villains hosted Alleghany High School in the 1st round of the NCHSAA playoffs and took a solid victory. The Villains jumped out to an early lead and were led by four players in double digits in the win.
Nicholas Graves paced the Villains with 13 points and 2 assists. Arop Chom had 12 points and 6 assists. Forward Alex Waterfield added 12 points and 6 assists as well.
Bishop will host the 2nd round of the playoffs on Friday night.
