Raven Preston, from Southeast Guilford High School, and part of Two NCHSAA Women’s 3-A State Championship Basketball Teams, is leaving the Elon Phoenix, and she will be entering the Transfer Portal and it will take her from Elon to Wake Forest University, where she(Raven) will join the Demon Deacons…
We were with Raven all the way back in her days at Southeast Guilford Middle School, and she dominated on the Middle School level, and then when she got to Southeast Guilford High School, she dominated there too…Wasn’t much she couldn’t do with a basketball in her hands…Extremely hard to trap this kid back in the day…She would break it(the press), then take it, and make it…
Southeast Guilford won it all her sophomore year, and then they shared the title her junior with EE Smith out of Fayetteville, due to the Covid Pandemic…Raven headed over to the Quality Education Academy, in Winston-Salem for her senior year….
This kid could really go, and she is still going these days, headed from Elon to Wake Forest…She was the leading scorer for the Elon Phoenix, this past season…See all the details below…We wish her all the success, as she makes the move to the Atlantic Coast Conference…
