Might be the Biggest Inning of 2025 as Hoppers become BIG TIME Poppers and hit 2 Three-Run HRs in the same Inning plus The LONG GONE Baseball Radio Network is “Exploding”!!!(Sucessful Sunday at FNB Field)

We started calling it the LONG GONE Baseball Radio Network and the Greensboro Grasshoppers were “Exploding” on the GSOHoppers broadcast today, with Two Multi-Homer Innings, and going to the bottom of the eighth inning, the Grasshoppers were down 4-2, but on our LONG GONE Baseball Radio Network, they proceeded to hit TWO Three-Run Home Runs in that same inning, and they took the lead 8-4, and ended up winning the baseball game, with the final of 8-4, as Hoppers Win, Hoppers Win, Hoppers Win Again…

We just got the new LONG GONE Home Run T-shirts to the ballpark on Saturday, and the Hoppers hit THREE HRs on Saturday night, and then came back with FOUR more LONG GONE HRs, here on Sunday afternoon…

There is just something about that LONG GONE Home Run call…Might be the ‘Best Call, in all of Baseball’…That Sucka’s Going, Going, Going, that Sucka’s LOOOOOOOOOOONG GONE, another Hopper Homer…

That was for sure the story on Sunday afternoon at the First National Bank Field…The Greensboro Grasshoppers went up 2-1 in the bottom of the third inning on Solo LONG GONE home runs from Shalin Polanco and PJ Hilson…Then the Greensboro Boys fell behind 4-2 in the fourth innings, before the Fireworks hit in that remarkable bottom of the eighth inning…

In that LONG GONE Home Run Sunday matinee feature(Bottom of 8th Inning), we saw Duce Gourson get the inning started with his fly ball single to right field…Then Omar Alfonzo came through with a lined single to center…Next up was Esmerlyn Vadez and he sent the ball sailing out of the ballpark, with his LONG GONE Home Run to left field, and put the hometown team up, by the 5-4 score…And that was just not enough…The local lads needed some breathing room and others were ready to jump on the comeback train, and ride this one right out of the city, on a pretty nice Easter Sunday, if I do say so myself…

Still living large in that bottom of the eighth inning, it was Keiner Delgado with a single in the air to right, that gave a glimpse of what might be coming soon…Maikol Escotto joined Delgado on the basepaths, as Mighty Mike came up with a spike/single that had him at first base, and Delgado had gone to second…And here comes Shalin Polanco, who had already hit a LONG GONE HR back in the third inning…Polanco still had some POP left in his bat, and sent a towering fastball on the way to the right field corner going out towards the Gold’s Gym sign, and that Polanco ball, was LONG GONE again, and he had himself a Three-Run Home Run, and that sent the Greensboro Grasshoppers up ahead to 8-4, and for all intents and purposes, This Game Was OVER….

Two Three-Run Home Runs, and The LONG GONE Baseball Radio Network was not only on the air, we wuz in the air, just like those LONG GONE HRs…

After the Hoppers grabbed that 8-4 lead, the Jersey Shore BlueClaws were deflated…It was Katy-Bar-the-Door, and say No More, that would be your final score, 8-4…And the Hoppers would be in the Clubhouse with another Victory…

Maybe MORE on this game later this evening/tonight, but for now, I think we have HIT on all that was going on, on Easter Sunday, at First National Bank Field…It was a day for LONG GONE Home Runs, and the Greensboro Grasshoppers were doing their best Booker T. Huffman impressions to make sure the HRs/those LONG GONE Suckas went their way, and they did…

Final Score Again…
