Western Guilford’s Payton Wood Player of the Game and Player of the Week in the same week!!!!

On September 10, Payton Wood, from the Western Guilford Hornets Volleyball team was named the team’s Player of the Week…Good job by the young freshman Hornet, Payton Wood…She just came to Western Guilford after finishing up last year at the Mendenhall Middle School…

Then on September 15, Payton Wood was named, Week 2 Basketball Player of the Game! This is for her high school pre-season basketball league through Blue Chip Basketball Academy. They play other HS in the area.

Good Job and Congratulations to Payton Wood, the former Mendenhall Mustang, and now the Wetern Guilford Hornet…..
