Bishop McGuinness Villains’ Boys Basketball with stellar team defense stops South Stokes Sauras, 43-36

Bishop McGuinness held South Stokes to just ten points in the second half on their way to a 43-36 victory on Monday night in Kernersville. The Villains were led by stellar team defense while Senior Thomas Thompson led the offense with 16 points. Junior Bryce Chapman (11 points) and Senior Arop Chom (9 points) also had a huge offensive impact in the low scoring defensive battle. Bishop returns home Wednesday night to host conference foe North Stokes.
