Bishop McGuinness 75, Triad Math and Science Academy 18
The Bishop McGuinness Villains opened up their season and conference slate on Friday night as they traveled to Greensboro to take on new conference opponent, Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals. The Villains, led by senior John Campbell, jumped out to a quick lead and never looked back with a 23-2 opening quarter. Campbell paced Bishop with 23 points along with juniors Pat Graves, Alex Waterfield and Jack Ritzel who all added 8 points of their own. It was a balanced effort with every Villain scoring in the contest.
Bishop will participate in the Tyler Lewis Hoop Fest at Forsyth Country Day on Saturday (12/2) when they face off against Calvary Day.
