UNCG Men’s Soccer Announces 2026 Schedule

GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men’s soccer Head Coach Chris Rich has announced the team’s 2026 schedule.

UNCG is looking to build off a historic 2025 season as last year’s team earned its 20th ticket to the NCAA Tournament, after facing the ninth-toughest schedule in the nation. The Spartans carried a Top 25 ranking in the United Coaches Poll from Week one through the end of the season. The Blue & Gold concluded the 2025 season 12-5-6 overall and 3-2 in the SoCon. The stellar season was wrapped up with a battle to No. 15 NC State in the Third Round of the NCAA Tournament.

“We once again have put together an elite non-conference schedule,” said Rich. “Strength of schedule is a massive part of the NCAA Tournament selection criteria, so we were ambitious and aggressive to get many of the best teams in the country on our schedule. It will of course be a huge undertaking and will challenge our new group, but this is exactly what I want for our program. We also have many Top-25 level games at home, so we hope that UNCG and Greensboro will come out to support!”
