I , like Judge Frye, was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. This does not look good.
This kind of makes Judge Frye look bad if you ask me. Lowe II sounds like a pretty poor individual and if he is already causing trouble downtown, he could be heading for some far greater problems than he faces now.
