BIG Upset in Cameron Indoor Stadium this afternoon, as Duke falls to Miami in OT:Does this spell disaster for Duke going to Chapel Hill on Wednesday?

*****This is a SHOCKER(Miami over Duke), especially coming on the heels of the BIG GAME set for Wednesday in Chapel Hill versus the North Carolina Tar Heels…..We asked the question above and maybe someone has thoughts on this, “Does this spell Disaster for Duke going into Chapel Hill on Wednesday”???

Miami 78
Duke 74
( OT )
Durham, N.C.

Reggie Johnson’s 27 points and 12 helped the Hurricanes get their first-ever win at Cameron over the Blue Devils.(from ESPN.com and this Reggie Johnson kid is from Winston-Salem and I’m wondering if his dad is Reggie ‘Mule’ Johnson, who used to play for Tennessee….) Reggie Johnson stands at 6’10 and weighs 284 pounds…..

Seth Curry had 22 points to lead the Blue Devil charges on Sunday afternoon…..

Duke might be reeling going into Chapel Hill on Wednesday, you think so?

  1. Losing like this could galvanize them and pull them together. They had better figure out how to play defense. Can’t live and die on 3s and expect to do anything in March.

  2. Heels by 15 on Weds night. Homecourt advantage is worth 5-7 points and North Carolina is at least 7-8 pts better than Duke.

It will be time to celebrate but we can’t start our celebration until 11:15 when the game is over. This real butt whooping has been a long time coming and it is coming up in just two days from now and we are going to enjoy this.

Can’t wait to hear K crying again after this one is over.

UNC-University of No Challengers. That’s the way it looks this year in the ACC. Florida State was just a bump in the road. Bring on the real competition. We want Syracuse and Pittsburgh.

    Heels by 15!

  3. Wrong name for UNC.
    University of Non Compliance.
Have fun hole fans when the NCAA drops the hammer in a few weeks.
