    The North Carolina High School Athletic Association crowned the 2017 State Champions in the Individual Men’s Tennis Championships today at NC State’s Indoor Tennis Complex in Raleigh and at Piedmont Indoor Tennis Center in Greensboro. 1A Championship In the 1A Singles bracket, Pine Lake Prep’s Max Vicario claimed his second individual championship defeating Raleigh Charter’s Chinna Baskaran in the finals 6-2, 6-1.     CHAPEL HILL – The North Carolina High School Athletic Association finalized the brackets for the 2017 NCHSAA Men’s Dual-Team Tennis Championships. The State Championships are scheduled to be held in Burlington at the Burlington Tennis Center on Saturday, May 20th. The Championship format features four classifications, each with 32 teams in the field with the exception of the 1A Championship which will field 24 teams.     The North Carolina High School Athletic Association will host the individual Men’s Tennis State Championships across four classifications at four different sites beginning Friday, May 13 and concluding on Saturday, May 14 in both singles and doubles.
