He started out on Highway 29, then hit Highway 40, then it was on to Highway 68 and this journey took ‘The Coach’ all over Guilford County going to different high schools and then later he even hit Highway 70 on the way to Eastern Guilford High School… All of those highways and birthdays, 29, Happy Birthday to the USA and to Coach Bill Slayton(Southeast Guilford HS/Eastern Guilford HS) here on the 4th of July…
