He was a fair man, and if the fair came to town, and they had a baseball throwing contest set up, he would be there, and he might just take home the Top Prize… If he was a prizefighter, he would have been a heavyweight champion…He again was tough, but he was fair… As an attorney, you could see his sign/name on a building there on Friendly Avenue, in downtown Greensboro, for many years… As a baseball man, he was an assistant coach for the local Page Pirates baseball team for several years/seasons… He had two children that I remember…
